What if you were a part of a small group community where the best and worst of you was known and you discovered that you are loved more, not less?

We are inviting you to join a 9-month journey with a small group of other pastors from around the country to

• Care for your soul

• Care for your mental and emotional health

• Develop safe, authentic and lasting friendships

• Rest

• Have fun!

This 9-month journey will begin in person at The Hideaway in Colorado Springs, CO, January 27-29, 2025. Following this experience, your small group will continue to journey each month virtually as we hear different voices help us care for ourselves within the safe context of your small group. You will also have the opportunity for a once-a-month one-on-one meeting with your group leader designed to help you notice and explore the work of God’s Spirit in your life and ministry.

WHY?

Whole-heartedly leading the church God has called you to is hard work. The job description is never ending as well as the many spoken and unspoken expectations you have to deal with. The burnout rate is at an all-time high as we often trade being with God for working for God. We want to provide a space for you to experience the truth of God’s love for you. AND, we want you to experience the reality of not being alone.
