This 9 month journey will begin in person at The Hideaway in Colorado Springs, CO on January 22-24. Following this experience together, we will continue to journey each month virtually as we hear from different voices that will help us care for ourselves within the safe context of our small group communities.
WHY?
It is no secret that it is hard to whole-heartedly lead the church that God has called you to. The job description is never ending and there are so many spoken and unspoken expectations for any pastor. The burnout rate is at an all-time high as we often trade being with God for doing for God. We want to hold space for you to experience the truth that God loves you deeply and you have done nothing to earn or deserve it. AND, we want you to experience the reality that you don’t have to do it alone.
