WORSHIP CIRCLE PASTORS

THE JOURNEY

Worship Circle Pastors is a unique nine-month coaching program for pastors and ministry leaders that consists of both online and in-person elements. Over the course of the nine months, members will experience community in small groups, relevant and helpful teaching sessions from ministry and spiritual leaders, as well as one-on-one spiritual direction from their small group leader.

What’s included in the term?

Small Group

Small groups led by certified spiritual directors, with no more than six people in a group, to ensure that your story is heard and intimacy can grow in your group.

Main Sessions

Monthly Main Sessions taught by ministry leaders, authors, speakers, counselors, and others who are well-equipped to speak into the day-to-day lives of pastors.

1x1 spiritual direction

Monthly 1x1 spiritual direction sessions with your group leader, to get and stay in touch with your heart, soul, and mind.

two in-person retreats

Kick-off retreat in Colorado Springs, CO, and the Annual REST retreat in Atlanta, GA to be in person with your groups and leaders, worshiping together.

  • Kick-off Retreat at the Hideaway in Colorado Springs Colorado (Travel not included)

  • Nine one-hour online small group sessions with your leader

  • Nine one-hour online large group sessions with special guest speakers

  • Nine one-hour spiritual direction sessions with your group leader, a certified spiritual director

  • Downloads of ALL sessions and resources that you can keep forever

  • One ticket and lodging for the annual Worship Circle REST retreat in October in Atlanta, GA, with the entire Worship Circle Family (Travel not included)
